birthday treat

seafood bisque - has a dash of cognac. nice. warm. removes the seafood taste? fresh prawns included
sushi platter - had swordfish first time...pink flesh.
soft shell crab- lightly fried. sour sauce, has lime, peanuts n a mixture of pickles....thai style salad w crab. marvellous.
yakitori - perfect. chicken grilled to crisp, yet not oily. shitake mushrooms n brinjals!!!
black pepper beef - yumm..beef is tender. sauce isn't too strong.
noodles with lobster - lobster was huge. had clams. not as sweet as crab's but ok.

dessert: chocolate cake with cocoa sherbet. citrus dressing ( orange juice, flesh(pulp), orange zest...sugar? caramelised?)
orange tea?

superb dining experience. kinda dream come true. always wanted to dine there the day i heard about it while working with Hyatt. hope to come again, next time my turn to give a treat to my parents. they'll love it
